Heat sink means our device CPU is too hot, longer working time, the heat can not go down and will damage the CPU. so we need some Metal that conducts heat quickly away. Cut the profile with proper dimensions.
With a Jig or fixture, run CNC Machining. to get the shape we want.
Drill or Threading. Remove Burrs or flash. Then drill hole or tap the thread according to the drawing.
Aging or Heat treatment with T5/ T6
